Monday

  • Where is all this anxiety coming from?
  • I know people in my life are hurt or angry because I'm not answering many emails or phone calls but I can not seem to get myself together.  I'm all self centered or something.
  • My tooth hurts again (bad) and the dentist doesn't seem to believe me (?)
  •  I went to bed at 7:00pm last night, just to avoid being awake and present.
  • I made a meeting earlier in the day and that seemed to help momentarily.
  • I'm smoking.
  • I'm anxious to get to work this morning where everything is predictable and organized.  Where the universe does not seem to be revolving around me.
  • I am suffering from "isms."
  • I don't much like it.

You are honest and aware. That helps in so many things, including the isms. Take care, Pammie.

I love two terribly anxious people, my husband and my son. I know how real this is, and how debilitating it can be.

No advice, but I have noticed anxiety comes and goes with both of them. Sometimes when we have tried everything ourselves, it's good to talk to a doctor or therapist.

There is nothing worse than tooth pain and I'm sure it is coloring all your other emotions and wearing you down. Get better, Pammie.

Good morning Pam. Another day on top of the grass. Let's just go do it.
