Monday-already?

A day of dots:
  • I worked with my husband all weekend.  We painted the interior of an entire house!  The best part was that he didn't talk much and it was nice to be with him and not have to converse.
  • Oh dear Lou....honey......did you forget that I have to work for a living, which entails me putting on pants in the morning and combing my hair?  How does one do that after performing the weight exercises you prescribed for me?  Not really....it's not that bad, I am able to bring my arms up to the keyboard this morning.
  • I am down 20 lbs. as of this morning.
  • Oldest girl spent the weekend on one of the family ancestry web sites and has traced my mothers family back 5 generations.  It has been very interesting.
  • Sober girl has been invited to spend one week a month at a high end resort in Mexico doing her energy chakra stuff work on guests.
  • Brother called with a big ass bombshell from his fathers side of the family which may end up causing some big ass drama for the kids...............I'm hoping not.
  • My only grandchild broke his only collar bone at school this week......for the 2nd time in his 13 years of life.
  • My son in law (the good one) finished a half marathon this weekend with his best time ever.
  • I did not attend my home group last night because I was just too exhausted to dress and go.
  • I am ready for Monday, whatever it holds....good, bad or amazing.

So many things to comment on.... where do I begin? Well, I guess I will start by saying - have a great Monday Pammie! I am sure you will because you bring your wonderful Pammie-ness into it.

Pammie, is that 20 pounds in a month and a half? Wow. What are you eating--air sandwiches? Lots of good stuff here. And admirable that you and hubby painted without domestic incident. I think that we could do that as well now, but back during the drinking, we would be immediately spoiling for an argument to work on a home project.

I love family and all the drama that comes with it. I would be lost without the day to day "news"--good, bad, life in general! What an opportunity for SD..maybe. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

no pain, no gain! You're on a roll..can't stop you now, Pammie Rio Hondo
