stuff

I have 3 lunches that I must attend this week and it's got me crazy in my head how to do this while on my strict diet.  Today is a birthday lunch for a co-worker at one of my favorite restaurants but I have a good plan for delaying my breakfast until right before departure.  Tomorrow and Wednesday are lunch and learns that are catered and I can go into the lab classrooms with my own lunch. Listen here Universe....don't "f" with my diet!

Today I am grateful for:
  • Employment, a good paycheck, good decent co-workers and a comfy cubicle.
  • A car that never seems to break down.
  • A husband and dog who are always happy to see me when I come home.
  • Folgers.
  • This blog.
  • Your blogs.
Foods I am craving:
  • Real mayo on white bread with potato chips and black pepper.
  • Cheese Enchiladas.
People I am heartsick to see.
  • My son.
  • My brother and sister in law.
  • My Mama.
Places I am yearning for:
  • Cozumel
  • Nassau
  • North Carolina
What I will do now................hit the shower, pray, find something that did not fit me 30 days ago.  :-)

I am trying to plan a few lunches next week that will be difficult on the food plan I am going on. But for today, I am going out with my boss and can eat any old thing I want. Including mayonnaise. I loves me some mayo.

Congrats on the weight loss.

And thanks for being Pammie. xoxoxoxox

I hope brother calls you. Bless your mama, maybe she is playing bingo today in the place where everyone is a winner.

Sounds like you are sticking to the diet and have a plan B which doesn't include mayo. I miss your Mama too. She was awesome.

What is Folgers? We don't have that here in New Zealand I don't think. But we do have bananas! I love that photo! Take care xxx

Diet?

What a concept!

I agree...Folgers? Really? That is like sacrilege in the coffee drinkers world. What about a good cup of dark, strong french roast with real half and half. Now thats my kind of cuppa joe.

You are so strong...those lunches would be my perfect excuse to eat what I want. You are a better person than I. I am ok with that too. :o)
