I walked 3 miles on Saturday and Sunday and although I have not smoked in 4 months, it is still difficult for me to breath. Three miles is just about my limit of air right now but I'm grateful for that.
My company is bringing in one young person after another, still wearing their college rings and hip clothes. They're so tiring.
Did I tell y'all about my stupid sleep apnea? I went to the sleep center place and it seems I stop breathing 17 times an hour. Apparently this really messes up my sleeping and waking hours. Maybe......sleep apnea is for the blessed ones, maybe we are those people you envy who just "pass away gently in their sleep." I don't mean soon of course but maybe that's a much better illness to have in the long run.
Awful, crazy, demented stuff has been happening all around the world for centuries. What is so great about sophisticated communications that now allow us to know about it? How about a KEEP IT TO YOURSELF day?
Yesterday, I remembered something funny from my sober daughters childhood. When she was 4 years old, she was bathed and in her pajamas and she came into the den and said "Good night Mama, I love you. Good night Daddy.....I love Mama." LOL
It's Monday.......march out there with joy and gratitude.
