- The smell of smoke is every where. It's not helping my asthma. I work with one guy whose entire subdivision burned down. My beloved Texas is dry as a desert and is freakin' burning in pockets all over the place. I can not go anywhere to escape the smell of smoke.
"Communication is the key to a good marriage" Oh I so do not believe that. The reason our thoughts do not broadcast themselves is because they are our own thoughts. Everything we think does not need to be spoken aloud. Of course I'm on my 4th marriage so what the hell do I know.
I ought to drive down to the beach this weekend.....maybe nothing is on fire down there.

I'm sorry everything is on fire down there darlin'. I have been through that here, and I don't like it - at all. I hope you get some drenching rain - soon.
Well, I tried the communication deal. I tend to be a loner, and my wife is passive and quiet. But we have made it all these years together just married to each other. We have done something right, or else we are both crazy as loons.
LOL @ Syd.
Pam, I think we just gotta lives our lives the best way we can, no matter what others do.
Go on down to Galveston town. Mom did this and said it's cool.
Texas is on fire and my realatives in upstate NY are being flooded out. Why cant we all just get along? Praying for rain for you, and a huge hair growth spurt.
Pam, I so agree with you about the communication! It's always very refreshing to read your blog. Thanks for the great opening quote. I'm going to write that one down. I hope things get better for you with all the smoke!
Thank God for you! Communication as long as it's acts of love is great, but when I open my mouth, it tends to uh... yeah, just shut up Jessie :)
Love you!
