Tuesday

We have a small retreat like house here that is run by nuns and they have various spiritual classes and retreats.  Last night I signed up for an 8 week, 2 hours each Wednesday Ta'i Chi Chih class.  I am very much looking forward to this and blogging about the experience. They have an excellent labyrinth at their facility that I would love to walk but have never had the opportunity.

I must remember to use the word "analogy" when writing pee posts. LOL

Today I'm grateful:
  • That I've lived this long.
  • That "wanting to live" is no longer an issue.
  • That life is no longer all about pain.
  • That not all love is gut wrenching.
  • That many new adventures are mine for the taking.
  • That God could and would if he were sought.

So excited about your classes! And an excellent use of time--physical, emotional, and spiritual health all at once.
GO, grrl!

Sounds like a great "release". Not referring to your pee post or anything like that. I was taking you literally. LOL.

I do t'ai chi each morning for stretching and balance. The dog is always amazed to see me acting graceful.

You mean peeing was an analogy?
