  • Husband is home, safe and healing.
  • I can no longer go to a hairdresser just because she is a sweet young thing trying to build up her own business and support her child while her husband is in prison.  My new hair cut is killing me.  The cut before this one wasn't much better.
  • I'm getting an awful antsy feeling everyday around 2:00pm that screams all through me.  I want to jump in my car and go home.  It's as if I'm held captive and I want to run.  I've tried walking around the building outside and in.  Putting on headphones with every imaginable kind of music.  Eating a snack, praying, closing my eyes.  I don't know.
  • I wear glasses when I'm on the computer or reading and lately in my dreams, I've been seeing everything with the thin black outline of my glasses around the edges.  I think that's funny, that I need to add to the list of when I need my glasses to encompass "dreaming" as well.
  • I will try my very best today and be satisfied with it.

My hair stylist is just the same, nicks the tops of my ears with her blunt scissors. She has been jilted four times. I call her my 'pity hack'.

I am glad that your husband is home and doing well. Maybe doodling at your desk would be a good art project or can you sneak in some things to sculpt? Have a good artsy day, Pammie.

Hubby's home! That's good.

At about 2 o'clock every afternoon, I want a nap. I don't know what I would do if I got antsy.

At least once a year, my hairstylist does something evil to me. But I keep coming back for more.

My hairdresser is a sweet 20 something who tells me her many, many problems. I want to say "honey, you ain't seen nothin' yet" But she has a way with my unruly hair.

Hospitals suck, people always waking you up to ask if you are sleeping OK. Glad hubs is home.

So glad to hear your husband is home. It has been quite a summer for the two of you.

The hairdresser/client relationship can be tricky. Find a back up quick and phase this one out.

Of course as everyone has said very glad that hubster is home, and on the hairdresser deal, it took me 8 frikkin' years to find a hairdresser I love in WV, and finally I found her, and the sheer number of BAD haircuts in between is too hard to mention or think about, just a lot of bad hair days where I would remind myself that hair grows!!
On the anxiety, I had something similiar happen and my dr. figured out I was having a hormonal surge in the later afternoon, I now eat some almonds and sit out side...sort of helps, sort of doesn't (like life).

Well I just think it's hysterical that your dreams have little black rims around them!

But, also glad to hear your husband is home and healing.
